TN 12th result 2020: Tamil Nadu Class XII results to be released in the first week of July

CHENNAI: Class XII results would be released in the first week of July, Tamil Nadu school education minister K A Sengottaiyan said on Thursday.

More than eight lakh candidates appeared for the exams conducted from March 2 to 24.

When reporters in Erode asked him about the reopening of schools, the minister said, "Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami will take a decision on reopening of schools after the present Covid-19 situation is improved."

Evaluation of answer scripts was completed last week, and the results are being processed by the Directorate of Government Examinations.
